Update deviation record's status to reflect actions taken.

Assign task to validate effectiveness of corrective action.

Update deviation record status after validation.

Create a report summarizing deviation details, root cause, corrective actions, and validation results.

Send email notification to the quality manager regarding deviation closure.

Final status update to indicate deviation is closed.

Aggregate data on deviation resolution times to calculate average resolution time. Variables: start_date, end_date
