3. Notify Production Team - Changeover Start
Creates a task assigned to the Production Team to initiate the changeover process.
4. Update Machine Status - Preparing
Updates the status of the targeted machine in the Machine Status Data Model to 'Preparing for Changeover'.
5. Calculate Estimated Changeover Time
Calculates the estimated changeover time based on machine type, product complexity and historical data.
6. Log Changeover Start Time
Creates a new entry in the Changeover Log Data Model, recording the official start time of the changeover.
7. Assign Tooling Preparation Task
Creates a task to prepare necessary tooling and attachments for the next production run.
8. Update Machine Settings - New Product
Updates machine parameters (speed, temperature, etc.) for the new product based on engineering specifications.
9. Log Material Usage
Logs the material consumption during the changeover process.
10. Notify Quality Control - Inspection Required
Assigns a task to Quality Control to perform a post-changeover inspection.
11. Update Machine Status - Running
