Tasks
Tasks consist of Checklist and Assignee. This is the basic case - user has to complete a checklist.
Tasks can be linked to Files, Model Entries, Processes and Reports.
Checklists
Checklists consist of elements which has to be filled by a user.
There are many types of elements to choose from, the most common one are: Question, Text, Number, Date & Time, Signature.
Processes
Processes consist of elements which have different functions.
There are many types of elements to choose from, the most common one are: Task Create, Report Create, Calculation, Logic, Entry Get, Entry Create, Entry Update.
Reports
Reports are a way to display data captured by a Checklist or data gathered from Model Entries.
Reports can be created via Processes. Each report is based of Report Template and data.
Report Templates can be created by users and can have different types of elements and styles.
Dashboards
Dashboards are a place to display all the data you have in different ways.
There are many types of elements to choose from, the most common one are: Table, Calendar, Board, Chart, Map, Timeline.
You can display data from your Tasks, Checklists, Model Entries, Files, Users and Groups.
Models
Models are definitions of your assets and data types, for example: Machines, Factories, Bookings, Sales, Customers etc.
If you are familiar with Excel you can think of models as Sheet Column definition.
There are many types of elements to choose from, the most common one are: Question, Text, Number, Date & Time, User, Relation 1:1/1:n/n:1/n:m.
Models also contain Entry Label definition and Actions definition.
The Entry Label definition contains element/s from the model which generate the label.
The Actions are buttons which allow users to do different things with an Entry, for example start Task/Process, create Report etc.
Model Entries
Model Entry is an entity from a Model.
If you are familiar with Excel you can think of Model Entries are the rows of your Sheet.
Each entry has History, Comments, Actions and can be connected to Tasks and Files.
Files
Files is the place where all uploaded files from the system can be found.
There are many ways a file can be uploaded: manually, from Checklist or Process.
Messages
Messages are a place where you can communicate with our team.
You can send them text messages, files, call them and create a live meeting.
Users
Users are people who have access to your account.
They can have different Roles and Access depending on your needs.
Groups
Groups are entities which contain Users.
Groups can be used to simplify the Access setup.
Roles
Roles are defining what each User can see inside the platform.
You can created different types of Roles and Access depending on your needs.
Account
The Account is a place to make global chances for your environment.
You can define what types of Languages should be available, the Font of the platform, different styling options, the max size of the uploaded images etc.
