  1. Sing In or Sign Up for a new account

  2. Setup your profile

    • Go to Profile

    • Confirm your Email

    • Set your password (if not already done)

    • Set your Name, Username and Locale

  3. Getting Started Task

    • Go to Tasks or Home

    • Start your "Getting Started" task

    • Check what we have installed for you

    • Finish the task

  4. Dashboards

    • Go to Warehouses Map and check the locations of your warehouses and their statuses

    • Go to BOMs Timeline and check the timeline and duration of your BOMs

    • Go to Purchase Order Charts and check how many POs and for how much are created each day

    • Go to Sale Order Charts and check how many SOs and for how much are created each day

    • Go to Tasks Calendar and check the Tasks for this month

    • Go to Tasks Priority Board and check how many tasks are with Urgent, High, Normal etc. priority

    • Go to Tasks Status Board and check how many tasks are with Scheduled, Open, In Progress etc. status

    • Go to Tasks Responsible Board and check how many tasks are assigned per each User/employee

    • Go to Tasks Started/Finished and check how many tasks are started and finished each day

    • Go to Models

    • Open Warehouse model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

    • Open Supplier model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

    • Open Customer model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

    • Open Item model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

    • Open Inventory model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

    • Open BOM model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

    • Open Work Order model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

    • Open Purchase Order model and review it's elements/properties, add/remove/change elements if needed

  6. Create Warehouse

    • Go to Warehouses and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  7. Create Supplier

    • Go to Suppliers and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  8. Create Customer

    • Go to Customers and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  9. Create Item

    • Go to Items and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  10. Create Inventory

    • Go to Inventories and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  11. Create BOM

    • Go to BOMs and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  12. Create Work Order

    • Go to Work Orders and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  13. Create Purchase Order

    • Go to Purchase Orders and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  14. Create Sale Order

    • Go to Sale Orders and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and Save

  15. Invite a Colleague

    • Go to Users and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Fill out the details and click Save

  16. Create Checklist and Task

    • Go to Checklists and click on "Create" button (top right corner)

    • Add a few elements for test purposes and create your first Checklist

    • Click on Assign (top right corner) and assign a new task to to colleague you invited

    • You can also assign the Checklist to your colleague by going to Tasks > Create > Fill details > Save

    • Go to Checklists and click on "Templates" button (top right corner)

    • Filter for Templates in category "MRP" (if not already done)

    • Click on any of the templates

    • Once the template is opened click on "Install" (top right corner)
