Create a new entry in the 'Courses' data model when a new curriculum is initiated.
2. Get Enrolled Students
Retrieve all student entries associated with the specific Course ID.
3. Assign Content Creation Task
Create a task for the Instructional Designer to upload course materials.
4. Assign Review Task
Create a task for the Subject Matter Expert to review the course content.
5. Update Course Status to 'Under Review'
Update the status field in the Course entry once content creation is finished.
6. Get Assessment Results
Fetch all quiz scores from the 'Assessment' data model for the enrolled students.
7. Calculate Average Class Score
Aggregate the 'Score' property from all Assessment entries to find the mean performance.
8. Calculate Pass/Fail Rate
Execute a formula to divide the number of passing entries by the total number of student entries.
9. Update Course Completion Status
Update the Course entry to 'Completed' once all criteria are met.
10. Notify Students of Course Launch
Send an automated email to all students in the 'Enrolled Students' list.
11. Send Certificate via Email
Send a congratulatory email to the student once the passing criteria is met.
12. Create Feedback Collection Task
Create a task for the Admin to review student feedback entries.
13. Generate Course Performance Report
Create a PDF/Data report summarizing scores, completion rates, and student feedback.
14. Remove Draft Course
Delete the course entry if the course is cancelled during the drafting stage.
15. Urgent Deadline Reminder
Send an SMS to students with upcoming assignment deadlines.
