Start of the Workflow/Process.

Create a new inspection entry in the Vehicle Inspection data model when a driver starts a shift.

Fetch vehicle specifications and maintenance history from the Fleet Data Model.

Update the 'Current Fuel Level' field in the Vehicle entry after a refueling event is recorded.

Create a new entry in the Fuel Log data model containing liters, cost, and odometer reading.

Calculate fuel efficiency by dividing distance traveled by fuel consumed since the last entry.

Sum the 'Total Cost' property from all Fuel Log entries within the current month.

Create a task for the Fleet Manager when a vehicle reaches a specific mileage threshold.

Retrieve the 'Next Service Date' from the Vehicle Data Model to compare against current date.

Create a maintenance task assigned to a specific mechanic when a repair is needed.

Generate a new Work Order entry linked to the specific vehicle and the required service.

Change vehicle status to 'In Service' or 'Out of Service' based on the Work Order completion.

Send an email to the assigned driver regarding an upcoming scheduled maintenance appointment.

Send an SMS alert to the Fleet Supervisor if a critical vehicle breakdown is reported.

Calculate the average number of days vehicles have been in 'Out of Service' status.

Create a summary report showing fuel consumption trends across the entire fleet.
